You can remove yourself from a job up to 24 hours prior to the start of the service. Failure to notify us or follow through on a job commitment, however, will result in deactivation.

Yes. Once you’re officially a pro, there’s a claims board. On this board, you’ll find jobs booked at the last minute (within 24 hours) or jobs that still need to be filled. Perfect for a day where you may not have selected yourself as available out of uncertainty, but now realize you’re free!

We typically try to keep our markets manageable drive time-wise, meaning an hour or less for most jobs. However, that is not promised, and you will have to drive to unique locations/areas for each job, so if driving is not for you (or you do not have reliable transportation), this may not be a great fit. We do pay for mileage.

You earn $.25/mile after the first 30 miles, from the city center to location A, and location B to the city center. If the drive between homes on the job is far, it’s ok–you’re on the clock and being compensated for that time. Please note, some markets may pay different rates based on traffic, gas and other travel costs.

Yes! Servicers make per hour on a job according the the fair market value of their trade. Additionally, working during special “peak” hours of the week helps to earn bonus pay. Not to mention, the tips are yours to keep!

Totally flexible, you pick and choose the opportunities you want to take care of. Only pick up jobs you are going to handle. If you pick up a job, and you can’t make it just notify our team via the app.
